Low season
Low season - 5,500 CZK * / night (from 18. April to 31. May, from 3. October to 27. November)

Deposits, reservations and deposits
The stay is reserved after paying a deposit. We will send you information about the amount of the deposit and payment details by email after you select the date of your stay.
The above prices include bed linen, towels, energy consumption and final cleaning.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000, which is used to cover any damages.
Check-in / Check-out
Arrival is possible after 3 pm, departure at 10 am. Both times can be adjusted by prior arrangement. It always depends on the occupancy of the Cottage before and after. So don't be afraid to ask. We will be happy to accommodate you in this matter as well.
We're recycling
Garbage in the cottage is sorted into marked containers (plastics, paper, glass), unsorted waste is stored in special white plastic bags (capacity 100 l) - price 150 CZK / bag.

Take your four-legged family members with you to the mountains - CZK 100 / night
Sauna
Sauna with shower is part of the Cottage so you can treat it at any time in low season and winter season. The capacity of the sauna is 12 people. There is new cooling pond for the sauna.
Express menu directly in Chalupa Na hraní
From autumn 2023, it is possible to order the Express menu directly at Chalupa Na hraní. The ordered dishes will be waiting for you in the kitchen on the day of arrival. In winter, for example, this eliminates worries about how to bring enough food to the Cottage, or how to cook quickly, well and simply. You can choose from the special offer here. We will be happy to email you about other catering options directly at the Chalupa or in the surrounding area.
City fee
From 1.1.2023 according to the amendment to Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on local fees, a stay fee of CZK 25 arises for each started day of stay, if this is not the day of arrival of the accommodated guest over 18 years of age, who is accommodated for a fee.
In the case of the residence fee, it is not the turnover of the entrepreneur, but the turnover of the municipality, which is not the registered turnover according to § 12 par. b) of Act No. 112/2016 Coll., on the registration of sales.
Cancellation
Cancellation fees for cancellations outside of Christmas and New Year's Eve stay:
Free cancellation 21 days before arrival
50% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 21 days before arrival
70% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival
100% of the reservation price in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival
We do not refund deposits in case of cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's Eve stay.
Sales records
"According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest."
